Shipping Policy for Dragon Car Parts

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently provide shipping across the United Arab Emirates and selected GCC countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product type, size, and delivery location.

For deliveries outside our standard service areas, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within one business day after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays.
     

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping
  • Delivery within 1–3 business days for most locations.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and availability of the ordered item.
     

Express Shipping
  • Express shipping is available upon request for urgent orders.

  • Estimated delivery is within 24 hours, subject to order confirmation, product availability, and delivery location.

  • Additional charges apply for express delivery.
     

4. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order size, and selected shipping method.

  • The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Additional fees may apply for:

    • Express delivery

    • Remote areas

    • Heavy or oversized items

    • Special handling requirements
       

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, where applicable. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status and estimated delivery progress.
 

6. Delivery Conditions
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including the correct address and contact number.

  • Dragon Car Parts is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • A signature or confirmation may be required upon delivery for certain orders.

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact the customer directly.
     

7. Shipping Restrictions
  • We do not currently offer worldwide international shipping unless specifically agreed upon in advance.

  • Some products may be restricted from shipping due to size, weight, or courier limitations.

  • Certain oversized, fragile, or special-order items may require additional delivery time and charges.
     

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
 
Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the external packaging

  • A brief description of the issue
     

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can review and arrange the appropriate solution.
 

Missing Items

If any item is missing from your shipment, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
 

9. Delays in Delivery

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Customs procedures (for GCC shipments)

  • High order volumes

  • Unexpected operational issues

Dragon Car Parts shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
 

10. Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • In such cases, the order will be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
